HUG's - Visit To Kwong Wai Shui Hospital (2024)
On January 20 2024, HUG's Courage and Mercy, along with dedicated student volunteers, visited Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital as part of our Healer Programme, marking the start of monthly hospital visits. Amidst wagging tails and joyful barks, our furry companions brought love and happiness to patients and elderly residents, lighting up their day with warmth and companionship.
This visit was not only heartwarming but also a profound learning experience for our volunteers, deepening their understanding of compassion and connection. Witnessing the impact of their actions reinforced the importance of giving back to the community and fostering empathy. Together, we continue to spread love and light, one wagging tail at a time.
HUG's - Mai Gong Bo Jio Launch (2023)
HUG's newest addition to their Intergenerational
Programme, "Mai Gong Bo Jio," unveiled on December 9th, introduces a Saturday coffee corner where Youth and Elderly members converge for shared interactions.
Breaking down age barriers, this initiative aims to
foster meaningful connections through open dialogue
and shared experiences.
The cozy setting encourages the
exchange of stories, skills, and perspectives,
celebrating the unique contributions of each generation
and promoting a sense of unity and camaraderie.

HUG's Healer Programme Launch (2023)
