How We Started

HUG Community Services Limited (HCSL) is a IPC-approved non-profit Social Service Agency (SSA) in Singapore that was established in 2014.

HCSL is a full member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS), and, a charity registered organisation that bring healing, restoration, and support to at-risk youth and their families through individualised, client-centric intervention and after-care programmes with hope and care.

Our Mission

To foster the holistic development of young individuals by nurturing and cultivating pro-social values within them. We aim to provide them with the tools, guidance, and opportunities needed to seamlessly integrate into the fabric of society.

Our approach is grounded in the belief that each young person possesses the potential to not only become conscientious but also to contribute significantly to the betterment of our communities and society at large.
