The 16th of March was a truly heartwarming day as our beloved golden companions, Courage and Mercy, along with our adorable new additions, Awesome and Blessing, HUG’s adorable bunnies, brought boundless joy to the elderly residents of Kwong Wai Shu Hospital.
Under our Healer’s Programme, we witnessed the incredible power of animal interaction as our four-legged and fluffy friends melted away loneliness and brought smiles to every face they encountered.
But the magic didn’t stop there! We were blessed to have a wonderful group of new selected student volunteers join us, eager to lend a hand and share in the love and laughter. Their enthusiasm and compassion added an extra layer of warmth to an already unforgettable experience.
To our furry ambassadors, our dedicated volunteers, and the incredible staff at Kwong Wai Shu Hospital, thank you for making today possible. Your kindness and generosity have touched the hearts of many and reminded us all of the profound impact a little love and companionship can have.
